I’ve dreamed of keeping a beautiful bullet journal planner for years. I swoon over examples of gorgeous pages, wishing I could have the same. Then, my reality comes crashing down when I realize my journal would look like a 4 year old made it. That’s when I created The Best Homeschool Life Planner, so I can have a beautiful bullet journal planner already done for me to fill in.
The Best Homeschool Life Planner
The Best Homeschool Life Planner is where bullet journaling meets traditional homeschool planners. The pages are all done for you with cute frames, banners, and more. There are pages to customize and ways to take your daily, weekly, and monthly homeschool planning to the next level.
The monthly calendar pages feature a honeycomb pattern to fill in any details you need. Bring a pop of color by entering in the dates, field trips, and appointments with your favorite pens or markers. Each month features an inspirational homeschool quote to keep you motivated! I like adding washi tape to the corners of my monthly pages to easily access the month I need.
Weekly page spread for all your planning details
The weekly spread is where the bulk if your planning is going to happen. It’s easily customizable to enter in lessons for multiple kids, group lessons, looping, and more.
Enter in the books you and your kids have read this week to keep track and not forget (like I tend to do!) You can also list your top weekly priorities to keep your life on track.
Customizable bullet pages
If you want more details, options, or freedom to make this planner your own, this page is exactly what you need. Make curriculum lists, meal plans, and so much more. The options are endless!
I’ve just added some amazing new updates to the planner!! Meal planning pages, morning basket planning pages, and a homeschool vision page, and additional blank customizable pages that you can use for curriculum lists, transcript pages, and more are now all a part of this amazing homeschool life planner. If you want more ideas on how to use this planner, I highly recommend the book Plan Your Year by Pam Barnhill. She talks all about homeschool planning and how to make it fit YOUR family so that planning is stress free!
Free attendance record
I’m in love with the look and simplicity of this attendance record! Circle off days, mark vacations in a different color, customize this however you need to keep track of your homeschool attendance.
This attendance record is yours free when you sign up for my email list (if you’re already a part of my community, look for your copy in your inbox!)
Additional supplies to customize your homeschool planner
A simple 1″ binder is all you need to store this planner in. I chose a pink binder to match the cover, with the transparent front pocket.
Having good paper means you won’t see through what you print or mark on the other side! It can make s huge difference in keeping everything looking sharp and clean.
If you’re like me, you make changes a lot. I love these pens! They truly do erase all the way, write beautifully, and the colors are awesome.
Washi tape is handy to highlight certain events on your planner, to use as labels, and add a pop of color
Stickers are another option to bring a pop of color, fun quotes, and additional organization to your planner. My favorite are the happy planner stickers.
